Refund policy

We hope that you are completely thrilled and satisfied with your purchase. If not, please let us know what’s wrong so we can help make it right. 

Return Eligibility

Returns and exchanges must be processed within 30 days of purchase.

  • Holiday purchases made between November 1 and January 1 have an extended return window until January 31.
  • Gift registry purchases must be returned within 60 days of the event, or 60 days from the purchase date, whichever date is later.

Items must be unused, in the original undamaged packaging, and accompanied by the receipt (or gift receipt).

Items not eligible for returns: Consumables (food), gift cards, gift baskets, hazardous materials, final sale items, sidewalk sale items, and health/personal care items.

Refund process

Refunds will be processed in the same manner in which they were purchased, with the exception of gifts. Refunds for gift items will be issued on store credit (gift card).

Refunds for items purchased with cash will be refunded in cash, up to $100 dollars, otherwise store credit on a store gift card will be issued.

Defective merchandise

Many of the products that we sell carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Often, the manufacturer would prefer to work directly with the customer on warranty claims.  Please speak with the Prairie Kitchen Store to discuss the next steps so we can help with the process.
